Disease loves an acidic system. What foods are acidic? Meat, dairy, grains, processed food, white flour, white anything and sugar are acidic...fruits, veggies and some nuts are alkaline. Organic is less acidic than non-organic.
Disease cannot live in an alkaline system. Imagine what a simple concept that is!
The idea of drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon everyday, all day is so important, so alkalizing. The difficult part is to actually to do it and continue to do it. This would be one of the first healing practices. But make sure you are drinking SPRING water and not just distilled. I have now learned that adding to the fresh squeezed lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey and a little sea salt will make a very hydrating liquid.
Drink fresh coconut water everyday. It is the best electrolyte on the planet.
Purchase a juicer because juice is liquid gold in the body! Juice anything green and add fresh pineapple or apples for sweetener. Drink first thing in the morning. This is super alkalizing for the body.
