Patience is necessary when taking a dis-eased body and turning it into a healthy body. The dis-ease did not come over night. It grew and manifested itself over time, maybe even in a previous life time.
Give yourself the time you need to "heal" your body. Be patient and do enjoy every breath.
STEP NINE - BE PATIENT AND BREATHE
Be patient. It took Bridget's friend five years to accomplish her goal of being well. Slow down and so some deep breathing exercises. Be in the present.
