It is very difficult to get into a routine of taking your supplements and teas & tinctures. When in a healing crisis it's always the little things that have the biggest impact on our health, so it's extremely important to follow through and take these. Here is Bridget Shaw's Step Four:
STEP FIVE- Encouraging Taking Supplements & Following the Diet
Help make a ritual to take all the supplements/teas/tinctures diet prescribed from the alternative practitioner. Then check three times a day to see if they have done that. Remind them that these nutrients are helping the immune system to heal the body. EVERYDAY!
Even something as simple as taking supplements and eating properly can be overwhelming when you are healing.
