I'd be the first one to admit that I don't believe in taking drugs prescribed from the western medical society. Throughout the course of my life I have used natural supplements when dealing with dis-ease. However, I truly believe that through diet with foods selected from organic sources have a higher vibration and therefore supplement your physical needs much better.
It is very difficult to get into a routine of taking your supplements and teas & tinctures. When in a healing crisis it's always the little things that have the biggest impact on our health, so it's extremely important to follow through and take these. Here is Bridget Shaw's Step Four:
