Recently, I was forwarded an inspiring email that a fellow Art of Living member wrote. The message was to the point and really made me think. The gentlemen who wrote this message is in his early 20's. Oh! do we have something to learn from the young.
It is my hope you take his message seriously or at the very least take the time to read it.
Humans need to start evolving their consciousness. Every passing day humans remain oblivious to what is actually going on in our world, and if we refuse to awaken to our soul potential, and choose to remain in this low level of awareness, the consequences could be devastating.. for all of humanity and life on this planet.
For the past 4 years Simone, Carole and Walter have been bringing you a unique experience of doing yoga in a very unique, peaceful setting. The Calder House allows yoga and nature to come together. You will here bird songs, leaves rustling in the wind, chimes, and water trickling in the background. A beautiful experience awaits to open and liven up all of your senses.
Discover as you breathe and practice, with stretches, postures and meditation; becoming present and turning within...and then bring this awareness to the appreciation of chocolate or fruit or wine. Savour the textures, colours, tastes, and bouquets, while gaining a new appreciation for the moment and for life!
Join Simone Morin, from Earth and Spirit (yoga instructor), Walter Andrejowich (appreciation facilitator), and Carole Tetreault, (host/owner of the Calder House Bed and Breakfast), for an evening of yoga and appreciation.
